Cam Heyward is bringing his Not Just Football podcast to SB Nation

“Not Just Football” is joining the SB Nation family!

As the podcast world continues to expand and grow, current athletes keep throwing their name into the ring and start podcasts to share their perspective on the NFL and current events in football.

The newest member of the SB Nation podcast family comes in the form of Steelers superstar DL Cameron Heyward and his podcast “Not Just Football”. Heyward and co-host Hayden Walsh hop on weekly to share their thoughts on the NFL and other cultural events in a way that’s unique to both guys. Heyward shared a statement with Semafor about the podcast moving to SB Nation:

“Every week on Not Just Football, Hayden and I have unapologetic conversations with our friends about all the things we care about the most, whether it’s breakdowns of the latest Steelers games and sports news, or our love for reality TV and video games,” Heyward said in a statement first shared with Semafor. “We couldn’t be more excited to bring our show to Vox Media and SB Nation and partner with a company that offers a powerful platform and bold ideas – and matches the scope of our ambitions.”

Some of the things they talk about on the podcast include: Heyward’s reaction to the NFL Top 100 (which he says most players don’t really care about) and provides perspective on how players choose the people on the list, including examining why Titans’ corner L’Jarius Sneed was left off the list despite dominating Miami Dolphins’ wide receiver and number one player Tyreek Hill in the playoffs.
