Watervliet kids to hold 9th annual charity lemonade stand
WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Kids Give Back charity lemonade stand is returning to Watervliet for the ninth year in a row. It will run on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 2323 Third Avenue in Watervliet.
Each year, the money raised by the children hosting the lemonade stand goes toward a local charity. This year's chosen charity is the Ronald McDonald House.
The lemonade stand will have much more than just the refreshing beverage. There will be iced tea, baked goods, and bottled water.
Cash donations are welcome but the organizers are also accepting other donations including board games, puzzles, books, toiletries, and non-perishable food.
