Uttarakhand Government Inter College denies entry to married woman

Despite the student's repeated requests, the school administration stood by their decision. The student, Simran, wrote to the chief education officer highlighting the contradiction with the government's 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' scheme. The officer confirmed there was no rule against married students attending classes.
