Toledo man killed, passenger hurt in Williams County collision

ARCHBOLD, Ohio — A Toledo man was killed and his passenger seriously injured when a van the man drove collided with a tractor-trailer at a rural Williams County intersection Wednesday, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.
