Diamondbacks power past the Guardians 7-3 in game 1 of doubleheader

CLEVELAND — Ketel Marte, Geraldo Perdomo, and Corbin Carroll each hit two-run homers to lift the Arizona Diamondbacks over the Cleveland Guardians 7-3 in the first game of a doubleheader Wednesday.
