Police break kidnapping ring, arrest suspect in Kaduna

A notorious kidnapper, identified as Abdulrahman, has been arrested by the Kaduna State Police Command’s Anti-Kidnapping Unit. The suspect, who hails from Karshi, Abuja, was apprehended with an AK-47 rifle and 27 live ammunition in Karshi.
