Why Tim Walz is everybody's favorite uncle?

Pennsylvania has 19 electoral college votes. But Kamala Harris has yet to choose its governor Josh Shapiro as her running mate for the US Presidential Election 2024. She has selected Minnesota Governor Tim Walz instead.
