Tarang Shakti: Rafale and Eurofighter Typhoon in action as India hosts its first-ever multinational air drill
Tarang Shakti, India's first-ever multinational air combat exercise, started at Sulur, Tamil Nadu. Featuring advanced aircraft such as India's Rafale and Europe's Eurofighter Typhoon, it includes participation from Germany, the UK, and Spain. Phase II will be held in Jodhpur from August 29 to September 12. A total of 67 fighters and military aircraft from 10 countries will take part, with observers from 18 more nations. The exercise aims to enhance military interoperability and strategic partnerships. India will deploy around 75 to 80 fighters, aircraft, and helicopters for the event.
