Ene House
Ene House is a minimal residence located in Alicante, Spain, designed by Francesc Rifé Studio. The T-shaped main structure is complemented by a porch and an anodized aluminum volume functioning as a garage, enhancing the efficiency of the design. On the ground floor, the living room, kitchen, and terrace form a seamless, fluid space connecting the interior to the exterior. Smoked oak wood storage units clad the lower part of the house and integrate the staircase, adding a cohesive element to the design. The first floor features two terraces at opposite ends, serving as skylights to ensure a continuous flow of natural light.
The layout thoughtfully integrates bathrooms within the three bedrooms, reflecting the lifestyle of the owners. The project’s monochromatic theme aligns with the personalities of both the clients and the design studio. Concrete walls and resin floors inside harmonize visually with the light beige lime mortar cladding of the facade. Surrounding the house, meticulously planned vegetation enhances the seaside ambiance. The terrace features a barbecue area and an infinity pool, crafted from the same stone as the access area, enriching the outdoor living experience.
