Suzlon shares jump 5% after announcing Rs 660 crore acquisition

Suzlon Energy's shares increased by 5% following the board's approval to acquire a 76% stake in Renom Energy Services for Rs 660 crore. The acquisition will be done in multiple stages. Renom Energy, established in 2015, manages wind and solar assets and will become a Suzlon subsidiary after the acquisition.
