Nancy Boyda will face Republican Derek Schmidt for District 2 Congressional seat

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Nancy Boyda has punched her name on the ticket for Kansas's 2nd Congressional District race.

Boyda will represent the Democratic party in the race to fill the 2nd Congressional District seat. She beat opponent Matt Kleinmann. She will go head to head with Republican Derek Schmidt in the General Election in Tuesday, Nov. 5.
