Compass India acquires 70% stake in food services company ICS Foods

Compass India Food Services, a subsidiary of the British Compass Group Plc, has acquired a 70% stake in the Delhi-based ICS Foods Pvt Ltd. This acquisition marks Compass's second major investment in the Indian market, targeting food and beverage catering services.
