Troy Police increase patrols amid string of tire slashings

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Troy Police have confirmed a string of tire-slashing incidents, roughly eight to 10 of them, across two separate parking garages, one at 5th Ave/State St. and the second at 1st St/State St. Due to the purposeful tire slashings, police will increase patrols in the area.

Authorities are interviewing witnesses and using technological resources in the area to gather evidence. No suspects have been identified yet.
