Wynne revealed how having one key ingredient in his fridge, helped him shed the pounds.
Speaking to Wales Online, he said: “Because I’ve been on a diet and I’ve lost six stone, I always have cauliflower because, cauliflower mash, cauliflower rice, cauliflower and chips, cauliflower curry, everything cauliflower.”
However, he admitted what he has to avoid to keep the weight off.
“One thing I don’t have in my fridge: cheese. I can’t be trusted with it. Every cheese. My downfall is cheese and jam. I love cheese and jam together,” Wynne revealed.
The opera star has previously spoken about his weight loss and has documented his incredible journey on social media after he kickstarted it in September 2021.
Wynne revealed he decided to get healthy following a camping trip with some friends.
The Welsh star explained that he “couldn’t join in” on the hikes, he was “having trouble washing in the shower”, and he realised “this has got to stop”.
Meanwhile, earlier today it was announced on BBC Radio Two that Wynne had joined the Strictly Come Dancing 2024 line-up.
It follows the official announcement of JLS star JB Gill and blind comedian Chris McCausland joining the BBC show.
“I love the glitz, the glamour and all of that so I’m well up for it,” said Wynne.
The TV star won Celebrity MasterChef last year and is regularly heard on BBC Radio Two.
Wynne is taking part in the 20th anniversary special of Strictly this autumn.
The stuff I’m more nervous about is doing something like the jive because I represent every portly middle-aged father who jumps and could set a minor tsunami off in North London.

“I can’t believe it because it’s all cloak and daggers,” he said.
“You go for an audition, then you’re given a code name which is my favourite part of the whole thing.”
The opera singer said he’s most looking forward to doing the waltz – but is dreading the jive.

As Wynne delivered his exciting news on BBC Radio Two, he revealed he was filming with another Welsh star – Gavin and Stacey‘s Joanne Page.

As a professional singer, he belts out the tune for the price comparison website that’s impossible to get out your head.
