Vinesh Phogat made history on Tuesday as the first Indian woman wrestler to reach an Olympic final, securing her spot by defeating Cuba's Yusneylis Guzman Lopez 5-0 in the 50kg semifinals. Earlier, she had caused a major upset by overcoming Japan's four-time world champion Yui Susaki 3-2 in the quarter-finals despite a 0-2 deficit.
