TOWIE’S Pete Wicks first wooed Maura Higgins nearly ONE year ago on glamorous night out at the Pride of Britain awards.
Yesterday The Sun exclusively revealed that the pair appeared to have struck up a romance after they were spotted smooching at the Broadwick Soho Hotel over the weekend.
Now, we can reveal a clip of the pair cosying up together at the after-party of the awards ceremony at Grosvenor House in London, nearly 12 months prior to their relationship being revealed.
The pair can be seen in deep conversation while standing in the corner of a room surrounded by empty glasses.
Love Island legend Maura, 33, looked stunning in a white bow bandeau top, silk maxi skirt and a bow in her hair.
Meanwhile Pete, 36, looked dapper in a black velvet suit.
Back in October the pair sparked romance rumours after they were spotted getting close at the celeb party.
They were seen partying with Maura’s fellow Love Island alumni Faye Winter.
The former estate agent shared a video of them on her Instagram story.
Their romance was revealed earlier this week.
An onlooker told The Sun Pete came to join Maura at the posh five star hotel on Saturday evening where she had been having lunch with friends.
They said: “Maura had been sitting on the terrace with friends for an hour before Pete arrived.
“After they’d sat there for a while Maura went in for a long kiss with Pete. It wasn’t the kind of kiss you’d give a friend, it was very passionate.
“Maura and Pete seemed to be really into each other and kept looking into each other’s eyes before kissing again a number of times.
“When it got dark they moved into the hotel’s Flute bar and Pete sat with his arm around Maura all evening.
“They were all over each other.
