Man allegedly knocks man, 62, unconscious inside Bronx deli: NYPD
FORDHAM, The Bronx (PIX11) – Police are searching for a man after another man was knocked unconscious inside a Bronx building on July 17, according to the NYPD.
It happened inside a deli located on Jerome Avenue in Fordham around 2:20 p.m. A 62-year-old man was approached by the suspect, who then allegedly punched him so hard, he lost consciousness, according to authorities.
The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital for his injuries.
The suspect is described as having a slim build and dark hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and white sneakers, per police.
