PennDOT to Close Portion of Hershey Road for Pipe Replacement in Summit Township, Erie County

According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the closure is necessary in order to replace a pipe beneath the roadway between Route 99 and White Birch Lane.
