Romanian PM To Skip Closing Ceremony In Paris After 'Flagrant Injustice' Amid Gymnastics Flap

Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu says he won't attend the closing ceremony for the Olympic Games in Paris after two of his country's gymnasts were dealt "flagrant injustice" surrounding the marks they received during the women's floor competition.
