Sean Manaea dominant again as Mets blank Cardinals

Sean Manaea struck out 10 batters in seven innings as the visiting New York Mets blanked the St. Louis Cardinals 6-0 Monday in a makeup game from May 8.

Manaea (8-4), who allowed six hits and walked nobody, has thrown 14 scoreless innings and struck out 21 batters in his last two starts. Ryne Stanek and Edwin Diaz each pitched a hitless inning of relief to back Manaea.
