Judge orders Justice Department to return helmet, spear to 'QAnon Shaman'

A judge has ordered the DOJ to return the spear and horned-helmet sported by Jacob Chansley, aka the QAnon Shaman, as he stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
