LIST: Class suspensions on Monday due to bad weather, protest

MANILA, Philippines — Some local government units suspended classes on Monday, August 5, due to bad weather, and the expected heavy traffic because of a transportation protest. The state weather bureau, in its latest forecast, said the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat, will continue to bring rain to parts of Southern Luzon and Visayas
