Arrest for driving more than double speed limit

A 27-year-old man was arrested in Limassol, driving over twice the speed limit, police said on Monday.

The man was spotted at around 1.35am on Monday driving at 192km per hour on road where the limit is 80 km per hour.

Police stopped the car and arrested the driver.

Limassol police are investigating the incident.
