Maduro win in Venezuela election 'cannot be recognised': EU

BRUSSELS: The European Union on Sunday said Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s contested re-election last month “cannot be recognised“, as the country’s electoral authority has failed to produce the official voting records.
