Sen. Tim Scott weds South Carolina designer

Sen. Tim Scott, R-SC, 58, and a lifelong bachelor, has tied the knot with interior designer Mindy Noce, 47, in a South Carolina wedding chapel during a ceremony attended by a large handful of high profile politicians.
