Actress Lysette Anthony lost the legal claim she brought against Hollyoaks[/caption]Ms Anthony, who has Parkinson’s, alleged she was the victim of dis-ability and race discrimination by producers Lime Pictures.
She claimed her on-screen time was reduced and she was cut from scenes.
She also claimed staff failed to “correct inaccuracies which suggested she was racist in publications”.
A Liverpool employment tribunal threw out Ms Anthony’s claim as she failed to reply to requests for further details.
Hollyoaks actress Rachel Adedeji, who left amid a racism row in 2020, called Ms Anthony “trash” at the time.
The 60-year-old’s exit came a year after she quit Twitter following a backlash when Hollyoaks was engulfed in a racism row.
Lysette deactivated her profile after her former co-star Charlie Clapham, 28, shared a screenshot of a text allegedly from her hitting out at cast members who supported Rachel.
In the messages, Lysette appeared to claim stars who supported Rachel were “traitors”.
She added: “Sorry but we’re not going to have a job to come back to if this stuff keeps being disseminated.”
