‘Lasts better than any lip color,’ beauty fans gush about $9 lipstick combo that ‘doesn’t smudge’ & ‘stays on forever’
MAKEUP fans are gushing about an inexpensive lipstick combo with longevity.
Many beauty enthusiasts said not only does it not smudge but it also “stays on forever.”
Shoppers gave thousands of five-star reviews to the $9 Revlon Colorstay Liquid Lipstick with Clear Lip Gloss.
One woman said the makeup deal was her “absolute favorite liquid lipstick.”
“I have had so many different shades of this liquid lipstick over the years and it is by far my absolute favorite,” she said.
“So many other ‘long-lasting’ lipsticks are incredibly drying to my lips but I have never had any issues with this one drying me out.
“The color is vivid and seriously lasts all day (sometimes overnight if I forget to use a makeup wipe before bed).”
She added that a trick to extend the product’s longeivty is to apply the color and let it dry completely before applying the gloss on the other side.
“When the matte dries, you can seriously scrub your lips and it is not coming off,” she said.
“No smudges, even when you eat. You can reapply the gloss anytime if you feel you need it, but often times I will leave it matte after the first gloss application. I love it.”
