'The truck is their house': Onalaska trucking instructor offers free CDL classes for homeless jobseekers

Tom Gilliam, owner of a truck driving school, is offering free classes to people experiencing homelessness who are willing to learn the ropes of trucking, with the goal of getting them off the streets and into a career.
