Two injured in shooting in North Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Two people are now stable after a shooting on East 4th Street.

Around 5:53 p.m., police were dispatched to the 800 block of East 4th Street. One person was transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition, police said initially. However, police updated NBC4 around 7 p.m. and said there were two people shot and both are in stable condition.

According to police, there is no current information on a suspect. An investigation is ongoing.
