Harbhajan Singh’s Angry response- Pakistan Fan Claims Babar Azam Refused Irfan Pathan for an Interview
Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has gone out on a Pakistani fan on social media posted a clip where Pakistan captain Babar Azam is seen rejecting a request for an interview. This was all good, however, the fan falsely said that the interviewer was former Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan.
Due to this false claim, Harbhajan got angry and jumped straight to the defence of his former teammate as he slammed the fan. In fact, Harbhajan went even further and trolled the English speaking ability of Pakistani cricketers.
While the person making the video said that it was Irfan Pathan who got rejected by Babar, it is clearly visible that Irfan was nowhere to be seen in the frame or in the prominence. Harbhajan also taunted Babar’s English as he wrote “Waise bi agar angreji mai swal pooch liya to pange pad jayenge” (Translation- Anyways there would be issues if they ask questions in English).
Soon after Harbhajan shared the tweet, the post came into the attention of Irfan Pathan himself, who asked Harbhajan to ignore these posts, saying that their sole purpose is to chase views and shares on social media.
“Inko jhoot bolke REACH chahiye. Ignore maaro Paaji” (Translation- They want REACH by lying. Ignore it brother) Irfan Pathan wrote as a reply to the tweet.
