Rishabh Pant, Ishant Sharma, Harshit Rana- Top Picks for Delhi Premier League

Rishabh Pant, Ishant Sharma, Yash Dhull and Harshit Rana came out as the top picks of the day for the inauguration of the Delhi Premier League. As per a report, Purani Dilli 6 grabbed Pant and Ishant for their side while North Delhi Strikerz took Harshit and Dhull went with Central Delhi Kings.

Purani Dilli 6 gathered a terrifying squad built around the explosive wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, and experienced Ishant Sharma. Other than these two, the franchise also bagged all-rounder Lalit Yadav, and batting all-rounder Shivam Sharma. 20-year-old opening batsman and off-spinner Arpit Rana and right-arm pacer Prince Yadav are also on the list.

The West Delhi Lions first picked Mumbai Indians’ Hrithik Shokeen, followed by Navdeep Saini. Middle order batsman Dev Lakra, bowling all-rounder Deepak Punia and off-spinner Shivank Vashisth were this team’s first 5 picks.

The North Delhi Strikerz had their priority in pace bowling, and hence they took Harshit Rana a their draft pick. For the South Delhi Superstars, they began with taking middle-order batsman Ayush Badoni. Left-arm fast bowler Kuldeep Yadav was their next choice before taking 23-year-old Priyansh Arya and batting all-rounder Sumit Mathur
