Kaylee McKeown beats out US rival Regan Smith again in 200-meter backstroke

American swimmer Regan Smith was again out-touched by Australian rival Kaylee McKeown Friday, earning her third silver medal of the 2024 Olympic Games in the 200-meter backstroke.
