D'Vontaye Mitchell death ruled homicide, died of 'restraint asphyxia' and drugs, medical examiner says

A Black man who was restrained by security guards outside a hotel in Milwaukee in June died from suffocation and the effects of multiple drugs and his death was ruled a homicide, the medical examiner determined.
