Real Sociedad signs Sucic from Red Bull Salzburg with Merino likely to leave

MADRID, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) -- La Liga club Real Sociedad has confirmed the signing of Croatia midfielder Luka Sucic from Red Bull Salzburg.

21-year-old Sucic leaves Salzburg after making over 128 appearances and scoring 18 goals, after he joined the Austrian club as a 13-year-old.

A creative midfielder with an eye for goal, Sucic formed part of the Croatian squad in the recent European championships and arri
