Peskov: Russia highly appreciates Belarus and Lukashenko’s help with prisoner swap

Russia highly appreciates Belarus’s help with the exchange of prisoners between Moscow and Washington and expresses its gratitude to President Aleksandr Lukashenko personally, spokesman for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov told the media.
