Swati Maliwal assault case: Delhi HC upholds arrest of Arvind Kejriwal's former aide Bibhav Kumar

On May 16, AAP MP Swati Maliwal filed an FIR alleging that Delhi CM Kejriwal's former aide and personal assistant Bibhav Kumar "kicked, shoved and repeatedly slapped" her. Maliwal's accusations were layered with grim details. She claimed that Kumar kept kicking her pelvis, and the assault didn't stop even when she informed Kumar about her periods.
