1984 anti-Sikh riots: Delhi court to pass order on charges in case against Tytler on Aug 16

A Delhi court will decide on August 16 whether to charge Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in connection with the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The decision was postponed due to the judge's leave. Tytler is accused of inciting a mob that resulted in the deaths of three people at Pul Bangash gurudwara.
