Former Labour deputy leader Joe Brincat dies

Former Labour deputy leader and MP Joe Brincat died on Friday.He was 81 years old. He twice served as the Labour Party's deputy leader for party affairs, first between 1976 and 1980 and again between 2003 and 2008. More to follow
