Lansum buys Bengaluru land for Rs 200 cr to build luxe project

Hyderabad-based Lansum Properties has acquired a 3.6-acre land parcel in the city for about ₹200 crore. The land, located in Kokapet, will be used for luxury residential development, according to people familiar with the matter.
