$50K winning Powerball ticket sold in Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A third-prize-winning Powerball ticket from the July 31 drawing was sold in Poughkeepsie, according to the New York Lottery. The ticket is worth $50,000.

The winning numbers for Wednesday were 23, 34, 37, 50, 58, and the Powerball was 7. The third-prize ticket was sold at the Speedway located at 2545 South Road.

The Powerball drawing is televised at 10:59 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The winning numbers for the game are drawn from a field of one to 69, while the red Powerball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.
