North Adams man struck and killed by train

NORTH ADAMS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A 25-year-old was struck and killed by a train in North Adams. The Berkshire County District Attorney's Office says Douglas Hawley, of North Adams, was hit by a train traveling at a low speed and died.

Authorities say the incident happened on the tracks between the American Legion and Brien Center. The incident is still under investigation by the Berkshire District Attorney's Office.
