Chinese vessel held in Paradip port for supplying poor quality marine fuel

Paradip police seized a Chinese cargo ship on a court order for supplying substandard Low Sulphur Marine Gas Oil to Scandi Trading. The ship, carrying ammonium nitrate, had arrived from Egypt. Scandi Trading demanded compensation for the substandard fuel. The court ordered the arrest of the vessel, preventing its departure without proper permission.
