'No way': Internet skeptical as Scaramucci floats head-turning possibility for Trump
Following former President Donald Trump's controversial rant at the National Association of Black Journalists Q&A claiming that Vice President Kamala Harris only recently decided she was Black, former Trump White House communications official Anthony Scaramucci floated a head-turning possibility.
"Don't be surprised if Donald Trump drops out of the race," said Scaramucci, who previously served just 10 days in the Trump administration before being replaced.
Thus far, Trump has given no indications he is considering an exit from the race as President Joe Biden ultimately did, and it is unclear who would take his place or what would happen in that circumstance, given he has already received the formal Republican Party nomination.
