Homeless man claims he's being 'passed from pillar to post' for home as assistant 'dog too big'

According to 50-year-old Trevor Simpson, he can't find a place to live after being served with a no-fault eviction because his pet dog is "too big" - but claims Lucy is actually "medium-sized."
