Trump on Harris’ race: 'I didn’t know she was Black'

Former President Trump answered questions from Black journalists at NABJ where he falsely questioned whether Vice President Harris is Black. He says he believes she was always of Indian heritage until “she happened to turn Black." Trump says he believes Harris should take a cognitive test.
