Shirley Chung of 'Top Chef' closes Culver City restaurant Ms. Chi during cancer treatment

'Top Chef' star Shirley Chung is closing Ms. Chi Cafe in Culver City during treatment for tongue cancer. She's having radiation and chemo instead of surgery.
