Simone Biles Says Former Teammate MyKayla Skinner Blocked Her After Throwing Shade

Earlier this month, MyKayla Skinner said current women’s gymnastics Olympic team members lack talent and depth, and they don’t work as hard or have the work ethic like in the past.

She then walked back her comments, said they were “misinterpreted” and apologized.

After the 2024 team won gold on Tuesday (July 30), Simone threw shade at MyKayla‘s comments, captioning a post on Instagram, “lack of talent, lazy, olympic champions ❤️????”

Now, without naming names, Simone is revealing that seemingly MyKayla, her former teammate, has blocked her online.

Amid all the drama, MyKayla shared a photo of the women’s gymnastics team on the podium after their win on her Instagram story, adding three red hearts at the top.
