Boy, 4, miraculously survives fall from fifth-floor NYC apartment window onto concrete below: cops

The youngster was playing in the fifth-floor apartment of the 6-story building on East 21st Street near Church Avenue in Flatbush around 8:45 p.m. when he pushed out the AC window unit and tumbled down behind it, authorities and police sources said.
