Dad charged with dumping daughter, 10, on the highway: ‘Something bad could’ve happened’

A 30-year-old Florida man was charged with child neglect after kicking his 10-year-old daughter out of his car in the middle of the night -- even tossing her toys and clothes at her, police said.
