Pens to participate in annual Prospects Challenge in Buffalo
The tournament will be held in mid-September.
The Penguins have announced plans for the annual Prospects Challenge tournament held in Buffalo, New York that the team’s players will participate in.
The tournament will run from September 13 to September 16 at the LECOM Harborcenter in Buffalo, New York and will consist of prospects from the Penguins, the Buffalo Sabres, Boston Bruins, Columbus Blue Jackets, New Jersey Devils, and Ottawa Senators organizations.

The Penguins’ team will play three games against prospects from the Bruins on September 13 at 12:00 p.m., the Senators on September 14 at 12:00 p.m., and the Sabres on September 16 at 5:00 p.m.
The team’s roster will have 25 players on it with 14 forwards, 8 defensemen, and 3 goalies.
Among the players on the roster are Brayden Yager, Owen Pickering, Harrison Brunicke, Tanner Howe, Tristan Broz, Sergei Murashov, and Taylor Gauthier.
